What You'll Do:

4. Manage Budgets: Create and execute the hotel's annual operating budget while excelling in P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
5. Operations Oversight: Lead all hotel disciplines, including Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

What We're Looking For:

1. Prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment is preferred
2. A proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams to achieve exceptional guest service
3. Strong skills in budget management and financial forecasting
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. A genuine passion for hospitality and enhancing guest experiences

Requirements:

1. Prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment

4. Strong sales leadership skills and ability to actively participate in sales efforts
5. Proven ability to create and execute the hotel's annual operating budget

7. Knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
