You will be joining their growing Highways Division, delivering a range of civil engineering projects across Central and South West London. Project Scope
Drainage
General Civil Engineering
Kerbing
Footways
Road Surfacing
Responsibilities
Oversee the operational and commercial management of ongoing projects
Programme and budget for both new and existing works
Contribute to tendering for upcoming contracts
Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Plan and manage workloads, budgets, and cost control
Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure all works are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards
Requirements
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor, SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS)
Experience using Microsoft Project
Strong background in highway works, particularly with local authorities
Proven track record as a Contracts or Project Manager
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
