Are you an experienced Highway Maintenance Engineer?

I am recruiting for an experienced Highway Maintenance Engineer to join a team in Bristol.

The Highway Maintenance Engineer will be supervising activities and aiding in the delivery of various works, encompassing carriageway patching, surface dressing preparation, footway works, and carriageway resurfacing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marking up highway maintenance work
2. Supervising maintenance work to ensure quality and safety standards
3. Assisting in the delivery of carriageway patching and resurfacing
4. Preparation for surface dressing and footway works
5. Ensuring projects under the team's remit are executed efficiently
6. Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals
7. Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues promptly

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in highway maintenance engineering
2. Strong understanding of highway maintenance and repair techniques
3. Ability to supervise and lead project work effectively
4. Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues on site
5. Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members
6. Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
