Horizon Teachers are seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive school in the London borough of Enfield. The school strives to develop each child academically, socially and physically enabling them to become confident, independent learners for life.

Job description:

1. To create and manage a caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment which is conducive to children's learning.
2. Support the planning and preparation of lessons to deliver the National Curriculum ensuring breadth and balance in all subjects.
3. To maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children's progress.
