Are you a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling opportunity in a thriving, Ofsted-rated Good Primary School? Job Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum to support class teachers.
  • Covering classes in Reception, KS1, and KS2 as required.
  • Providing tailored support to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
  • Assisting in planning and preparation of resources for lessons.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment in this Primary School.
  • Supporting the school’s commitment to pupil safeguarding and wellbeing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a UK school.
  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or PGCE without QTS.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a positive work-life balance.

Working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:

  • £110 to £115 day rate, which equates to £21,450 to £22,425 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
