Responsibilities of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:

1. Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Lead small group interventions and whole-class sessions when required.
3. Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
4. Provide a high standard of support and classroom management.
5. Inspire and assist pupils in their learning journey.
6. Work collaboratively with staff and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:

1. HLTA qualification or extensive TA experience with HLTA responsibilities.
2. Experience supporting in a primary school setting.
3. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
4. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and lesson plans.
