Job Description for Higher Education Specialist :

1. Experience working in Higher Education Institutions / Universities in areas such as Student Experience, Learning, Teaching, Digital Teaching, and Student Administration, with a solid understanding of higher education operations and business models.
2. Experience in the implementation or support of systems, including but not limited to:
1. Ellucian Banner
2. Tribal Group Systems / Callista
3. Research Management Enterprise
3. Experience in Learning Design and Development is a plus.
4. Understanding of Higher Education Data and Architecture.
5. Experience presenting to senior management on solutions, designs, and proposals.
