Our Higher Analysts are critical in helping Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary with their purpose of making ‘You, Your Family, and Our Communities Safer’. In this role, you will support departments across the force by conducting proactive and reactive analysis on the most serious of crimes.
You will be among our most experienced Analysts, and you will support our Major Crime, CAIT and SOCU teams (among others), on a variety of crimes including murder, serious and organised crime, and child abuse, as well as being called out to provide analysis on crimes in action, including kidnaps and manhunts.
This is an exciting and rewarding role where you will really feel you are making a difference when you see the results from your analysis, and the investigations you are a part of.
In this role, you will use your existing knowledge and apply analytical techniques to support decision making on a range of complex operational challenges, and be directly involved in critical incidents and serious criminal investigations.
