Job Description
Specialist lawyer for corporate and leveraged finance transactions including high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions.
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Specialist lawyer advising, structuring and documenting (i) issuances of high yield bonds or other debt instruments (including so-called "Unitranche" financings), (ii) leveraged or corporate term loan financings, (iii) liability management exercises and (iv) other corporate financings.
- Duties include providing advice, reviewing and negotiating documentation, liaising with external counsel, monitoring legal and regulatory developments and market trends, training and advising sales, trading, syndicates and front office bankers on applicable aspects of leveraged financing transactions.
