I am looking to hire an HV Transformer Site Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer of High Voltage Transformers - 400kV.
The company is developing the core technologies necessary for establishing future electrical grids and has recently been growing their presence across Europe having won contracts with TSOs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electric construction as well as experience in transformer installation, service, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation/commissioning activities to achieve high productivity and efficient work practices and to ensure compliance with National Grid & SPEN policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-site surveys before commencing site work.
- Online & on-site meetings with Client/installers.
- Assess and manage safety hazards and ensure each individual is aware of all potential safety hazards at the site.
- Control documents including RAMS, ITP, STP, site work program, and HSE as per UK standards and client specifications.
- Set goals for the site team and see projects through to completion.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any hazards.
