High Voltage Engineer
£45k - £50k

Key Responsibilities as a High Voltage Engineer:
- Advise and undertake plant shutdowns and isolations
- Ensure baseline configuration related to safety
- Provide supervision of competent persons undertaking electrical safety work
- Apply technical knowledge for HV & LV systems and structures
- Interpret and deliver contractual obligations which may include troubleshooting, quoting, reporting, commissioning and handover duties
- Identify and escalate business risks where applicable to client stakeholder
- Make evidence-based engineering decisions to solve technical problems
What you will need to succeed as a High Voltage Engineer:
- A recognised electrical trade or equivalent engineering qualification (ONC/OND/HNC/Level 4)
- S5 Safe Operation of High Voltage Power Systems
- Knowledge of Health & Safety statutory legislation and requirements
- Proven ability to deliver across industrial/manufacturing HV & LV infrastructure, plant and equipment
- Experience delivering FM engineering and maintenance services across the life of HV assets
