Job description

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 PM drivers.

Start times between 14:00 - 21:59 for immediate starts in Barnsley.

PAYE rates are as below:

1. PM £16.87 - £19.00 Per Hour

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply.

Your Time at Work

As an HGV 1 driver, the work will involve Depot Delivery and collection work, trunking trailers between local and national RDC's.

In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts Monday - Friday with the option of a 6th shift on Saturday OR Sunday.

On occasion, you may be requested to:

1. Drive a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
2. Double Mann runs (optional)
3. Nights Out (optional)

Our Perfect Worker

Will be flexible to work 2 hours either side of the preferred start time window and be able to commit to a rota in advance.

As an HGV 1 driver, you will ideally have:

1. No more than 6 points
2. Digi and DQC cards
3. Class 1 and 2 qualified
4. Experience using a Digi card and be able to record manual entries
