HGV Workshop Supervisor Vacancy
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to 49,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 7.00am - 4.30pm, no weekends

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Productive Workshop Supervisor / Foreman for our client's large workshop in the Milton Keynes area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pro-active workshop supervisor with superb earning potential and career progression. We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor with experience within a similar role in HGV dealership/companies.

Workshop Supervisor Role:

1. This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Workshop Supervisor with excellent Man Management skills. Your main focus will be to supervise and prioritise the Technicians and Administration staff accordingly in a very busy workshop.
2. You will be tasked with supervising a team of Technicians to ensure the work is done to a high standard while at a reasonable rate. It will be your job to ensure the heavy vehicle goes through the workshop in a seamless manner while liaising with the Service Advisors to keep the customer fully up to date. This is a vital role to ensure the Technicians remain productive while doing the work correctly.
3. You will also be tasked to be 50% productive on the tools.

Experience:

We are looking for someone with a like-for-like background, so experience within a Productive Workshop Supervisor role will be ideal. However, we may also consider a strong candidate who wants to move up or someone with relevant experience who can fit straight in. You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently. Quality Control experience would be a big advantage but is not necessary.
