HGV Technician Job Details
Basic Salary: GBP20 Per Hour
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday - 07:00-15:30
Location: Wolverhampton

For the HGV Mechanic role you will need to have prior HGV Technician experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment. There is flexibility in hours to be agreed at Interview stage if successful.

Responsibilities of an HGV Technician

1. Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
2. Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
3. Diagnosing of vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
4. Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
5. Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Technician

1. Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician.
2. HGV licence is an advantage.
