Pin Point Recruitment are looking for an HGV Technician for a manufacturing company based in West Thurrock.

HGV Technician Job Role:

1. Service and inspect all vehicles to VOSA standard
2. Diagnose and rectify any faults that may arise
3. Identify and order parts as and when required
4. Carry out breakdown when necessary
5. Complete and maintain all documentation on the company's vehicle maintenance system

1. Previous experience in a busy HGV workshop is essential.
2. Responsibility for routine servicing and repairs; brakes; gearbox and clutch repairs
3. Ensuring that work is always to the highest standard, seeking to achieve and repeat business
4. Experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair and diagnostics.
5. ADR experience and knowledge essential

1. Hourly rate is £22.80
2. Overtime Monday to Saturday is paid at time and a half
3. Overtime Sunday is paid at double time
