Are you an experienced HGV Technician or PSV Technician looking for a new challenge with excellent earning potential? We are seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team, working on our HGV fleet across Kent, Southampton, and Oxford.

The Role:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of HGVs and PSVs (tankers or LPG experience would be a huge advantage).
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travelling to different sites as required; all travel time is paid.

What We Offer:

• OTE GBP50,000+ (Base salary GBP35,000 + overtime & on-call).
• Overtime on anything over 40 hours at 1.5x or 2x (depending on the day of the week).
• On-call rota coming soon, estimated to add an extra GBP5,000 OTE.
• 40-hour contracted week, with all additional hours paid as overtime.
• Fully equipped company vehicle for travel between sites, with an option for personal use.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as an HGV or PSV Technician (not just vans/cars).
• LPG or tanker experience would be highly desirable.
• A full UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred).
• Willingness to travel across Kent, Southampton, and Oxford.
