Job description

HGV Master Technician
Up to £47,000,00 basic + £9,000 shift allowance + bonus - OTE £75,000+ Depending on Experience (We do not provide sponsorship)
40 hour week - Full time

We are looking for a highly experienced HGV Master Technician to join our team in Heathrow. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Technician with an extensive knowledge of the motor industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing services and maintenance, and providing technical advice to customers. You will be required to work on a variety of vehicles and have a good understanding of their operation, maintenance, and repair.

Master Technician Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and repair vehicles and components.
  2. Perform routine services and maintenance.
  3. Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained by delivering high-quality work.
  5. Complete repair orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  6. Monitor and ensure the quality of work is maintained.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  8. Keep up to date with the latest technology and techniques.

Master Technician Skills Required:
  1. Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of vehicle operation and performance.
  3. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  4. Knowledge of working with and repairing various vehicle systems and components.
  5. Ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams.
  6. Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and accurately.
  7. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  9. Good organisational and time management skills.
