Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of HGVs, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
2. Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
3. Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to extend vehicle lifespan and performance.
4. Collaborate with fellow mechanics and technicians to foster a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about vehicles and possess the following:

1. Proven experience in maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles.
2. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and scheduled maintenance.
3. Mechanical skills with proficiency in using various tools.
4. A valid driver's licence to ensure operational flexibility.
5. An ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex repairs.
7. Bonus points for experience in the plant hire industry!
8. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications that demonstrate your expertise.
