HGV Class 2 Removals Driver

Location: Norwich
Salary: £16.52 - £18.49 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver with removal experience to join our dynamic and professional team. You will be responsible for driving a Class 2 vehicle to transport household and office goods for removals, ensuring safe handling and excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to transport items for removals.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are securely packed and transported.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional attitude with clients.
• Assist with the packing, disassembly, and reassembly of furniture as needed.
• Ensure all paperwork, including delivery notes and forms, are completed accurately.
• Maintain the vehicle and ensure it is cleaned, serviced, and in good working order.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Valid Class 2 driving license (C category).
• Removal experience, with a strong understanding of how to handle goods safely.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure when required.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing top-quality service to customers.
