Job Description:
Driver Hire Lancaster is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB driver to work with a local builders merchant in Ulverston on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team with no weekend work required.

Key Details:

• Position: HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver (Agency Work)
• Location: Ulverston
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 16:30 PM
• No Weekend Work
• Pay Rate:
  • £15.50 per hour (PAYE)
  • £17.37 per hour (PAYE Advanced)

Responsibilities:

• Operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle with a HIAB to transport and deliver materials to a local builders merchant.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Loading and unloading goods using the HIAB.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients during deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 license.
• HIAB certification (essential).
• Previous experience as a HIAB driver is preferred.
• Good understanding of road safety and regulations.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
