Job Title: Class 2 HIAB Driver
Salary: £38,500 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Letchworth

The Role:
We are currently seeking a Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a HIAB-equipped truck to deliver goods to various locations. You'll be delivering a variety of materials and goods, ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle with a HIAB (Hydraulic Loader Crane).
2. Ensure the secure loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
3. Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
4. Follow all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
5. Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods to clients' locations on time and with care.
6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.

Requirements:

1. A valid Class 2 driving license.
2. HIAB certification (with experience of operating a HIAB).
3. A valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card.
4. Digital Tachograph card.
5. A good understanding of UK road safety regulations.
6. Previous experience in a similar driving role (preferable).
7. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A flexible attitude to work hours.
