Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

Salary: Up to £716.93 p/w

The Role:
We require HGV Class 2 drivers for palletised deliveries in and around the East London/South Essex Areas. Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday work also available. Newly qualified drivers welcome to apply.

Key Duties:

1. To drive Company vehicles as and when required around and between sites, and to be flexible to perform other transport related duties as required.
2. To collect or deliver pallets to and from customers in the local area.
3. Ensure all goods are secure when loaded.
4. May need to use pump trunk to load or unload freight from the vehicle.
5. Any other duties which the role may require.

Skills/Knowledge and Experience:

1. C or CE licence required.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Good time management skills.
4. Health and safety awareness.
5. Previous pallet industry experience (advantageous).
6. Knowledge of driving laws and working time regulations.
7. Sound geographical knowledge.
8. Understanding of vehicle maintenance.
