Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid UK HGV Class 2 Licence and have knowledge of tacho regulations.
  • Experience with manual gearboxes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver oil to customers within a 50-mile radius of Stalbridge.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues immediately.

Job description

Job Title: HGV Class 2 ADR Driver

Location: Stalbridge, DT10

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday days, 0600 starts, Saturdays on rota

Salary: £32-£37kpa dependent on experience

MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our established client based in Stalbridge.

You will be delivering oil to domestic and commercial customers within a 50 mile radius of Stalbridge. Your shift length will vary depending on your deliveries for the day.

This is a pretty manual role involving unloading drums of oil to commercial and domestic customers.

Recruitment process: 1 or 2 face to face interviews, dependent on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time
  2. Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately
  3. Good customer service
  4. Experience on a manual gearbox preferred
Qualifications:
  1. UK HGV Class 2 Licence
  2. Max 3 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)
  3. ADR Packages
  4. Valid Tacho
  5. Valid CPC
