HGV Class 1 Driver for immediate starts in Hereford – £19.25ph

Pure Staff are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers for the following role below.

Pay rates:

Days: Monday to Friday £16.50 Per Hour
Nights: Monday to Friday £19.25 Per Hour
Night out: £25.00 per night out for any tramping work

Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver:

Trunking to RDC’s and other depots
No handball involved apart from pulling the curtain back.
Monday to Friday nights out.
Modern, well looked after trucks.
A positive mentality

We require HGV Class 1 Drivers immediately for temporary work for a client who specializes in distributing alcoholic beverages across the whole of the UK. Our customer in Hereford is one of our largest clients based in the Herefordshire area and is well known for treating their drivers well from previous and current positive feedback.

We are looking for both drivers who are interested in tramping Monday to Friday but also drivers who are happy to work day and night shifts.

The ideal HGV Class 1 driver will have:

A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
6 Months experience is essential for this role.
Valid CPC Card
Valid Digital Card
Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.

Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law, up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.
