An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HGV 1 Weekend Driver for a temp to perm position. This role offers the flexibility of weekend shifts, making it ideal for semi-retired individuals or those looking for part-time work. With a guaranteed 24-hour weekly schedule, you will enjoy a balanced work-life while driving exclusively for one client. This position requires an experienced driver with a solid understanding of Tacho laws and driving regulations. After 12 weeks, there is a potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Experienced driver with good knowledge of Tacho laws and driving regulations.
Minimum of 2 years holding CE category with fridge experience.

Drive exclusively for the client, trunking with no handball involved.
Work scheduled shifts every weekend from 06:00 to 18:00.

This role requires exclusivity, meaning you'll be working for our client only and not allowed to drive elsewhere due to company policy.

Are you semi-retired or just looking for a couple of shifts a week? This could be the perfect role for you! This is a trunking position which requires no handball - ideal for an experienced driver who is available to work every weekend.

Position: Weekend Driver
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday - 06:00 - 18:00
Contract: 12-week temp to perm (24 hours per week)
Pay: £18.90 per hour (£23,587.20)

What We're Looking For:

Someone who enjoys the flexibility of weekend shifts.
Someone who is happy to just undertake this work.
Experienced driver with good knowledge of Tacho laws and driving regulations.
Someone with previous fridge CE experience (minimum of 2 years of holding CE category).
