Covent Garden

Based near Covent Garden, this public sector organisation operates within an illustrious and listed building. They pride themselves on their excellent staff retention through brilliant benefits, employee development, as well as having a supportive and collaborative culture.

The Estates Office manages all works on the estate covering reactive and planned maintenance, small and large scale refurbishments, property acquisitions, and all Landlord & Tenant related matters. A small in-house selection of trade professionals, together with Security, Front of House, Housekeeping, and Garden staff are also managed through the Estates Office.

The Role:

  1. Fully training provided.
  2. Working on helpdesk of a highly skilled estates team.
  3. Managing service charges.
  4. Managing the CAFM system.

The Person:
  1. Candidates need to be able to commute to Covent Garden every day.
  2. Good administration skills.
  3. Candidates will ideally have experience working on a helpdesk and have used a CAFM system, but this can be trained.
