Helpdesk Administrator required for temporary job opportunity in Sheffield - 6 month vacancy £24,900

Your new company
We are recruiting a fantastic vacancy for a Sheffield based organisation who currently need long term temp support for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team.

  2. Salary guide £24,900
  3. £13.64+ holiday (rate including holiday £15.29)
  4. Office based
  5. Office location - Sheffield city centre S3.
  6. Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - 35 hours a week
  7. Immediate start required

Your new role
You will report to the Office Manager and provide support to cover a variety of helpdesk and customer service admin-based tasks. Ideally, the successful applicant will be able to complete the duties of the role as described and be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience to complete the duties of the role as outlined below;

  1. Responsible for operating the helpdesk system
  2. Responding to phone calls and inbox management
  3. Administrate the companies system database to update and respond to requests from service users
  4. Complete card/ access card requests and update to the system, management and administrator all access requests
  5. Record management, updates and data entry
  6. Produce reports in Excel on service user information
  7. General customer service and business admin tasks

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous helpdesk admin experience. This position is temporary and successful applicants must be able to start temporary work quickly and ideally commit to the full 6 month duration of the role. A good working knowledge of MS Office is required.
