Content Moderator-HEBREW

We are looking for multilingual professionals with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, and above all, empathy. You will play a vital role in ensuring my client's platform remains a trusted and supportive space for its users.

What You'll Do:

  • Investigate and resolve reported issues such as account support requests or potentially harmful content.
  • Enforce community standards by monitoring reports of abuse.
  • Use your market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions and enhance user experience.
  • Analyse trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent level (C1-C2) Hebrew in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the Israeli Market.
  • Professional Proficiency in English (B2 - C2).

Working hours: Evening shift (6pm-2am).

Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.

*This is an office job. Work from home / remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.

Contract: Full Time

IMPORTANT:

· Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.

· Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland - EU/UK passport.

We can also offer visa sponsorship for this role to qualifying candidates.
