We are currently recruiting for a Heart Technical Case Worker Level 2.
This role offers training and development opportunities, agile and flexible working arrangements, a car parking permit and payment of a professional fee, following a successful probationary period.
The HEART Technical Officer is responsible for carrying out inspections of properties in response to service requests made in association with Housing Renewal and Financial Assistance Policies and other programmed work of the section and will design schemes of improvement, repair and adaptation tailored to meet the specific needs of individual clients.
The HEART Technical Caseworker Level 2 will assist other roles within the team with inspections of dwellings and work associated with schemes of adaptation.
