Job description

If you are looking to develop a career in hearing, Scrivens Hearing Care is an excellent place to start. We have several opportunities in our new hearing centre in central Exeter.


As a busy Hearing Clinic Coordinator, you will spend your time helping our NHS and private hearing customers in the store. In addition to some clerical and computer duties, you will help provide a calm, organised front of house service to manage customers attending both drop-in hearing aid repair clinics as well as a range of other hearing-related appointments we offer. As part of a small team, you will help maximise the number of people we can assist in our goal to help more people hear better. You will also have the opportunity, with training, to offer advice on hearing assistive devices.
