Healthcare Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  1. Passionately recruit, source and screen healthcare professionals through passive and active candidate resources including job board postings, social media, networking, and internet research.
  2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  3. Develop relationships, and actively recruit professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  4. Collect, verify, evaluate, and investigate contractor credentials before placement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  1. Minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience in recruiting, telemarketing, call center, and customer service or staffing experience.
  2. Previous experience in Healthcare, Education, Human Services, or related industries (preferred).
  3. Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  4. Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
  5. Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
  6. Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
