The Healthcare Partnership Manager position is a field-based role with a strong focus on strategic positioning. In this context, you will work closely with the Regional Business Manager and the hub Clinical Leader to maximise opportunities presented. You will be part of a strong national team of Healthcare Partnership Managers.

The role of the Healthcare Partnership Manager requires a strong knowledge of the NHS as you will work closely with NHS organisations, particularly the Integrated Care Systems and associated healthcare professionals, to create the environment within which a successful trusted partnership with Coloplast may flourish. The HPM carries strategic responsibility for positioning Coloplast and for delivering solutions that support partnerships with these NHS organisations. Such solutions will be devised to achieve the NHS organisation objectives whilst also driving Coloplast sales and account growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the NHS and the Advanced Wound Care market to ensure you are current in your thinking.
  2. Building robust and valued customer relations across all levels of the NHS strategic system of ICS and Place, including developing relationships with senior personnel within provider organisations.
  3. Focusing at all times on operating at the highest levels of these organisations to maximise system-wide approaches for service impact.
  4. Demonstrating the ability to engage in a consultative selling approach.
  5. Analysing sales and information to better position the Coloplast offering and ensure your activities accurately reflect a requirement for growth whilst meeting the strategic needs of the customer.
  6. Translating the Coloplast offerings to align with service transformation and value-based care.
  7. Project management and building robust relationships with territory managers to drive key accounts.

Experience in or understanding of the Advanced wound care business and care segment would be advantageous.
