Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users. By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a woman in her 20s in Mansfield. Our service user takes pride in her appearance and loves getting her nails painted and wearing her favourite outfits. She enjoys sensory based activities and spending time out in the community with her family and care team, especially trips out in her adapted van.

Your role? To meet her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage her clinical interventions. Throughout the night, you’ll ensure her comfort and safety, and create a calm, soothing environment for sleep.

Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Pay Rates

• £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
• Approx. £156.00 - £192.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
• Approx. £174.00 - £192.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available

• Part Time
• Days: 9:00am - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 9:00pm / 9:00am - 9:00pm
• Nights: 9pm – 9am
• 2-3 Shifts Per Week

Essential Requirements

• 3 months previous care experience
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling
• Medication Administration
• Clear Communication Skills
• Pet Friendly
