Principal Tasks

• Assist clients with their daily tasks and meet their specific needs by providing exceptional personal care.
• Make sure those who are vulnerable are protected from abuse, and report any indications of suspected abuse that you come across or learn about.
• To help individuals with their medicine as specified in their individual risk assessments and care plans, and at the degree of support that has been agreed upon.
• While preserving hygiene, prepare meals taking into account the dietary requirements, cultural norms, and preferences of the service user.
• Recording service user data on carer’s notes, including personal information, care plans, medical records, and health changes.
