  3. Administering medication and supporting tube feeding as needed
  4. Working alongside teachers and therapists to achieve developmental milestones
  5. Building trust and rapport with students to create a safe, joyful learning environment
  6. Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and safety

Who we’re looking for:
If you’re patient, caring, and genuinely motivated to help young people with complex needs, we want to hear from you. Experience in PMLD or healthcare settings is a plus, but if you’ve got the passion and the drive, we’re ready to support your journey.

You’ll need:

  1. A calm, compassionate, and resilient attitude
  2. Strong teamwork and communication skills
  3. Basic understanding of health and safety in care settings
  4. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you bring:

  1. Experience in SEND, healthcare, or care roles
  2. Knowledge of PMLD or complex medical needs
  3. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or Teaching Support)

What you’ll gain from us:

  1. A dedicated consultant to guide you through your placement
  2. Opportunities for continuous professional development
  3. The chance to truly transform lives
  4. £50 Refer-a-Friend bonus for Teachers and TAs
  5. Access to exclusive Educator Networking Events
