Pay rate: GBP12.82 an hour, weekly pay

We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a range of individuals with varying needs. You would be working in a residential care setting primarily with an individual with specialist needs; due to these needs, we are only looking for Farsi speaking staff.
As an Agency Care Assistant, we can offer you:

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:
- Be fluent in Farsi.
- Be over the age of 18 to apply.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting.
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector.
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities.
- Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector.
The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
