Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Prioritise the provision of person-centred care to our elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy.
  2. Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and practices within a care environment.
  3. Work collaboratively with the care team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  4. Participate in comprehensive training programs throughout the year, including mandatory and supplementary, online and practical courses upon request.
  5. Complete our induction programme, which includes enrolment in the Care Certificate to enhance your skills in delivering compassionate care.
  6. Available for a range of shift patterns, including part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar environment is welcomed.
  2. A team-oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
  3. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
  4. The ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Enhanced DBS Check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.
