We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to be one of the first to join our team at HMP Millsike, a Category C men's prison, located in the village of Full Sutton near York.
HMP Millsike will have an operational capacity of 1500 people who will spend their sentences learning the skills they need to find work on release as part of the government's drive to cut reoffending. The prison site is currently under construction, and Practice Plus Group were recently awarded the healthcare contract to begin delivering services in April 2025.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new healthcare team from the inception of a brand new prison site.
This position is full-time, and you'll receive an annual salary of between £24,670 and £28,690 per annum - depending on experience.
