Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
2. Maintaining a safe working environment.
3. Checking vehicles and equipment before journeys.
4. Leading the staffing team when transferring informal patients.
5. Safeguarding the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
6. Promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
7. Ensuring accurate communication with patients and staff.
