As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care and support to people with a range of mental health conditions. Your day-to-day duties will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It can be a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. However, it is highly rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement and knowing that you've made a positive difference in someone's life.

The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
