Healthcare Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by assisting with their daily healthcare needs.

Duties:

1. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
2. Assist with IT systems for updating patient records and care plans.
3. Support individuals in a care home setting by providing personal care and emotional support.
4. Implement and follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
2. Familiarity with home care practices and procedures.
3. Basic IT skills for maintaining patient records.
4. Proficiency in English language for clear documentation and communication.
5. Ability to follow and implement personalised care plans effectively.
6. Experience or willingness to work in a care home environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
