This DAYS role comes with an hourly rate of £12.71 with a 20% enhancement for weekends and overtime, 30% for bank holidays and other amazing benefits!

The client is a specialist neurological care centre based in Hertfordshire, dedicated to caring for individuals aged 18 and over with various neurological conditions. They focus on optimising health and wellbeing, maximising independence, and supporting the emotional and social needs of their clients.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

1. Work with team members to support cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery.
2. Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of clients, ensuring any changes are reported.
3. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
4. Review and suggest enhancements to improve client experiences.
5. Promote choice in care delivery and support.
6. Support service users in having their views considered.
7. Maintain a safe working environment and confidentiality.
