Modality LLP is a large-scale provider of NHS Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist care, leading to high quality patient outcomes. We work in partnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient services with more care being delivered in community settings.

We are recruiting HCAs to support with the smooth running of outpatient clinics, supporting consultants, senior nurses and other members of the clinical teams with management of high-quality and efficient pathways. HCAs will be required to support a range of NHS/private clinics, which may include the delivery of outpatient procedures. Salary for this role is starting £12.21 per hour (£23,874.88-£26,397.29 per annum WTE)

Main duties of the job

This is a hands-on patient facing role; we are seeking individuals to join our service/speciality clinical teams in maintaining the patient environment to the highest standard and ensuring patient movement to and from examination/treatment rooms is carried out safely, efficiently, and in a dignified manner. Post holders will assist clinical members of the team by preparing the clinical environment before/between examinations/procedures ensuring that all equipment is clean and consumables are available to enable an efficient patient flow.

Weekend working and travel between our sites is an essential requirement for this role.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who may have previous experience working in outpatient clinic settings, which may include the following specialities: ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Ultrasound, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Dermatology and Urology.

  • Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
