Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our nurse-lead team on Tryfan Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd. Tryfan Ward is a busy forward-thinking unit which has 24 inpatient beds, focusing primarily on safe and effective discharge planning.
The post is for a permanent healthcare support worker with part-time hours available. To work on the ward, it will involve rotation onto night duty; the ability to have a flexible approach to working hours is essential.
The post holder will support the trained nurse and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient-focused care. They will assist in improving the quality of the fundamental aspects of Health and Social Care for individuals who are acutely or chronically ill, frail, or disabled.
Applicants must have experience working in healthcare.
