Health & Safety Technical Content Developer – Hybrid

As a Health & Safety Technical Content Developer with Phoenix Health and Safety, part of Wilmington plc, your expertise in occupational health and safety will be pivotal in ensuring our training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and effective.

Your role as a subject matter expert will involve validating content accuracy and ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.

Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Mapping out content for e-learning modules and face-to-face training across various Health & Safety courses.
  • Reviewing training syllabuses to ensure factual accuracy and relevance.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert to validate the accuracy of content produced by the team.
  • Collaborating with trainers, content developers, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive training materials.
  • Proactively monitoring and updating course content to reflect changes in legislation and industry guidance.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Experience in a similar role, focusing on content development and validation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Additional Health, Safety, and Environmental qualifications.
  • Experience using the Adobe suite with proficiency in InDesign.
  • Teaching or tutoring experience.
