Experienced Health & Safety Officer required to join a leading fit out contractor based in Hampshire. Joining an experienced and long-standing Health & Safety team, specialising in fit out projects ranging between £100k - £12M on a nationwide basis. These are negotiated projects for key clients with a good pipeline of future works.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager and working alongside the operational team, you will carry out audits and provide the relevant training. You will be responsible for driving and promoting Health & Safety throughout the business.
This Health & Safety Officer role will involve regular client liaison, coordination of preventative measures, reviewing existing procedures, management of standing software and databases, quality control, identifying and mitigating potential risks, issue resolution, and ensuring delivery of projects to the Health & Safety standards.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Health & Safety Officer looking to work on a nationwide basis in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of onsite experience looking to formally progress their career.
You will be an experienced Health & Safety specialist or an ambitious Trainee Health & Safety Officer with a proven track record within an established main contracting organisation.
