Health & Safety Officer (Power Generation)

£40,000 - £50,000 Basic + Car + Training + Technical Progression + Enhanced Pension + Great Package

Location: Stockport

Are you a Health & Safety officer looking to work for a leading company within the renewables and power generation sector where you are responsible for the H&S policies for the business? Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Group Standards Officer
2. Ensure H&S policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to
3. Identifying potential hazards
4. Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
5. Conduct Risk Assessments
6. Investigate Accidents & Incidents

Background Required:

1. Good Understanding of H&S Law, Policies & Processes
2. Engineering background
3. Knowledge or Experience of ISO 54001, 14001 & 9001
4. NEBOSH H&S certificate or equivalent
5. Electrical, Mechanical or relevant qualifications (HNC, NVQ etc)
