Health & Safety Manager - Data Centre & Pharmaceutical Projects
Location: South Wales

About the Role:
As Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for driving HSE excellence on complex, fast-paced projects within data centre and pharmaceutical environments. You'll work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of safety from design through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead HSE strategy and implementation on active sites
2. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
3. Develop and deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
4. Monitor compliance with project-specific safety requirements, local laws, and client standards
5. Liaise with client HSE teams, consultants, and regulatory bodies
6. Champion a proactive safety culture, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
7. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 7+ years' experience in Health & Safety management
2. Proven background in data centre and pharmaceutical project environments
3. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent); IOSH/Chartered Membership desirable
4. In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations, construction safety, and high-spec cleanroom/tech environments
5. Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
6. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-performance setting
7. Experience with multinational clients and Tier 1 contractors
