Health & Safety Lead – West
Location: Home-Based with Regional Travel (Cornwall, Devon, Avon, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Health & Safety Lead – West, on a 6-9 month fixed term contract to champion workplace safety, ensure compliance, and help create a culture where our people can thrive.
A full driving licence and car is required for this position.
About the Role
As a Health & Safety Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe working environments across our services. Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Risk, you will oversee health and fire safety management, conduct audits and risk assessments, and provide expert advice to support compliance with regulations and organisational policies.
