Job Description:

We are currently looking for a QHSE Officer for a chemical company in Cambridgeshire.

As a QHSE Officer, you will support the management for all health and safety, quality, and environmental processes on site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support and manage the company’s QMS documentation.
  • Support and carry out audits.
  • Investigate complaints and non-conformances.
  • Coordinate documents relating to Health & Safety including near misses and incidents.
  • Maintenance of the company’s environmental records.
  • Communicate with all employees, visitors, suppliers, and clients to ensure QHSE requirements are understood, undertaken, and completed in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in Quality and/or H&S within the Pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
  • Experience in quality and/or H&S investigations including non-conformance & complaints or near misses and accidents.
  • Experience in/knowledge of hazardous chemicals and materials is highly desirable.
